Next, visualize yourself as a spiritual being, an eternal soul, residing in your body. Picture your soul as a bright light or a flame that radiates from within you. Focus on this light or flame, and feel its warmth and energy spreading throughout your body.
As you continue to meditate, allow your thoughts to come and go without judgment. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath and your soul's light. Stay with this practice for as long as you feel comfortable, aiming for at least 10-20 minutes.
When you are ready to end the meditation, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to reflect on your experience and the connection you feel with your soul.
